1 General Terms & Acceptance

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on a7bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (notable banks include Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per method.

All deposits are processed instantly. Deposited funds may only be used for personal gaming purposes. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempts to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or third-party accounts will be considered void.
• a7bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP & Cashback Program

a7bet's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, and Platinum — up to 0.8%. Players move up to higher tiers gradually based on their gaming activity.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Fair Play & Random Number Generator

All casino games on a7bet are operated using technically certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes. Players have no ability to alter the outcome of any game.

Betting Limits

Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a direct violation of these terms:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using any type of fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage from the system.

• If required to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Closure by the Player
